Baby Face
Finlayson Joined the Beano in April 1972, drawn by Ronald Spencer.
Known as "The Cutest Bandit in the West"
This Nappy wearing toddling Outlaw rode around in his pram making
all sorts of Banditary. Baby Face was the bane of Sheriff "Marsh"
Mallow of Cactus Gulch's life, but the Sherrif usually managed to
punish the Baby Bandit. Finlayson Occasionally had a band of Baby
Outlaw followers Jessie James, Sid the Kid and Goo Goo McGoo. The
Strip was dropped for a while and when it returned to the Beano Comic
in 1980 Baby Face had been relocated to England where he has continued
to be Pint Sized Public Enemy Number One |
