| History-
The Vision
is an android created from the body of the original Human Torch.
The Robot Ultron coerced Professor Horton the original creator
of the Human Torch to help him re- shape the robot into into
a son for him. Ultron used the brain pattern of Simon Williams,
Wonderman, who was at that time dead to give life to his creation.
Ultron sent out his new creation to lead the Avengers into a
trap, but the Vision turned against his creator siding with
the Avengers to defeat Ultron. He was subsequently invited to
join the team. During his years with the Avengers, the Vision
found himself falling in love with the Scarlet Witch, Wanda
Maximoff, they later married and helped by the witches hex magic
conceived two boys. Later government agents abducted the Vision
and dismantled him completely wiping out his memories and personality.
He was reclaimed and put back together by the Avengers but was
never the same again and could not feel the love for his wife
that he had felt before. When the Vision began to experience
key system failure, he sought the help of artificial intelligence
expert Miles Lipton who gave him the brain patterns of his dead
son allowing him to regain some of his human emotion. |
